As I entered the store the staff welcomed me and said hello, I was able to browse the store. I walked around a few times before I was approached again, this time I found a lovely jacket but could not try it on as I was wearing a big jumper; the member of staff got me a t-shirt to take as well as the jacket to the dressing room where I could try them on. This helped me make my decision on the jacket as it looked and felt great.
There are some beautiful clothes in this store, though some to me are overpriced but the quality felt very good. I bought myself a beautiful black leather jacket – it is gorgeous and I do get a lot of compliments on how nice it is.
I had a great shopping experience in this store, the staff were very helpful. I would really recommend this store to my friends and colleagues as it was a very pleasant visit.
The products in this store were very good, some items are really very nice; though for it to be more appealing to customers’ maybe reduce the price as some things I would not pay the price tag for it.
The staff and the store is great, I just think that if more items were not as expensive to buy then this would definitely get more customers buying more products.
I would go back to this store if I had enough money to buy another thing from it, I loved their dresses but they were too overpriced. I also thought the way they wrapped and packaged my jacket was fabulous; I felt great walking around town with my jacket in a beautiful bag that staff took time to wrap for me.
I would rate the staff and shop arrangement 100%, the wrapping and service I received 100% and the cost of the products 60%.
I really had a great time in this store without being intimidated by any of the staff members. I was treated as a customer and treated respectfully by the staff. I would love to go back once I can afford to.
