Testers Keepers: Boots review by Scott Lawrie

Posted on 28 December 2018

I visited the Boots store in Buchanan Galleries, Glasgow and was very impressed with the store overall.

The shopping experience was on the whole very pleasant and I found it very easy to shop here. The range of products in this store is vast, and has something to cater to everybody’s needs and requirements.

I was particularly impressed with how well stocked the store was, with nothing appearing to be running low or out of stock. All interactions that we had with the staff were positive and they all seemed to be happy to help where required.

The store overall appeared to be very clean, both in terms of the exterior, shop floor and shelving. After selecting the purchases, I proceeded to the checkout area which had a short queue, but was fast moving and within 30 seconds I was being served by a member of staff. The member of staff was polite and helpful, and proceeded with my transaction effectively and efficiently.

From my trip, my favourite product was the electric toothbrush that I purchased. It appears to be functioning excellently, and the price paid for it seems reasonable.

There was a large variety of choices in the promotional 3 for 2 sections, which made the products at an even more attractive price and allows people to take advantage of this especially during the run up to Christmas, where these products could be most bought.

The pricing in Boots all seems to be fairly reasonably priced and certainly at a price I would be happy to pay. I would definitely recommend shopping in this Boots to my friends and family, as the experience was first class, as was the availability and variety of products.

I will almost certainly be shopping in Boots in the future, as I was positively impressed by this visit. I do not believe that there could have been any improvements to my visit to this store; it appeared to be a near perfect visit.
